On wedding days, we work in collaboration as well as from a distance. I aim to be a calming presence who cultivates an atmosphere that encourages those to around me to feel they can be themselves; a grounded-ness that is born from experience after being invited to document weddings over the last 7 years. With an unobtrusive approach and an empathetic spirit, I find the balance between offering gentle guidance and creative direction, and being an observer who steps back and allows moments to unfold organically.
